Who We Are

Brittany Anderson is a charismatic leader, accomplished entrepreneur, and devoted community advocate. In 2012, she embraced her passion for people and cultures by teaching English in Istanbul, Turkey, an experience that enriched her global perspective and sharpened her ability to connect across diverse communities. Following her return to the U.S., Brittany pursued a degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University while dedicating nearly a decade to raising her family before reentering the professional sphere with remarkable success.

Brittany’s entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Modest State, a thriving interior design business, in 2019. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial acumen, she later co-founded Alpha Boosters, a Business Collaboration Consulting Company. As the Chief Operating Officer of Alpha Boosters, Brittany has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering innovation within the organization. Her strategic vision, operational expertise, and passion for building meaningful partnerships have established her as a leader in her field, earning her recognition as a front-runner in her expertise.

Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany is heavily engaged in her community. She serves on two nonprofit boards, Collective for Children and Reach Forward Foundation, is the Volunteer & Sponsorship Coordinator for the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium and actively participates in organizations like the American Society of Interior Designers, the Greater OKC Asian Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma City Young Professionals, and Moms for Liberty. Her dedication to education, health advocacy, and civic service reflects her commitment to creating positive and sustainable change. Brittany’s leadership, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit define her as a trailblazer in both her professional and personal pursuits.
